Booking and Cancellation Policy​​

• Appointments may be booked through our website scheduling platform or by calling the salon.

• We do accept walk-in appointments if available. Please consider that we are a full service salon and service times do vary in duration.

• We ask that cancellations be made at least 24-48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total services scheduled.

Same Day Cancellation & No Shows are extremely difficult to fill, we kindly ask for at least 24-48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. If you fail to cancel within 24–48 hours, a credit card will be required to hold your next booking. If you no-show that rescheduled appointment, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the total scheduled services.
